Dedicated QChord QC-1 guide

QChord QC-1

A friendly guide to the QChord QC-1.

The QChord is no longer Suzuki's current production model, but it remains one of the most searched-for instruments in the Omnichord family. This section is for players who want to understand the controls, find the soft pad and harp sounds, and start making songs quickly.

Archive and support

What makes the QChord special?

The Suzuki QChord QC-1 has a look and sound all of its own: glossy burgundy casework, soft chord pads, a harp-like strumplate and a warm speaker system that makes it feel more intimate than many electronic instruments.

Many players use it very simply: choose a chord, let the pad strings support the voice, then brush the strumplate for gentle harp notes. It is friendly for beginners, but expressive enough for covers, writing and live performance.

QChord accessories

Selected QChord accessories are still available.

Omnichord Heaven still carries selected QChord accessories when stock allows, including useful leads, cartridges and service items. Rather than split those details across several archive pages, the current QChord shop page is the best place to check what is available now.
